Responsibilities

 

Market: Hong Kong and Macau

Perform Compensation and Benefit Functions

  • To handle all rounded HR functions with a focus in full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll, MPF, taxation, group benefits and Insurance
  • To participate in developing and implementing C&B projects such as salary survey, commission review, annual benefits renewal and etc.
  • To propose and track C&B initiatives such as incentive scheme and salary recommendations
  • To ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements in both Hong Kong and Macau
  • To perform profit plan and long range plan on total labor cost & benefits and to support cost control on HK and Macau business
  • To review existing procedures, streamline processes and propose options for improvement

 

Employee Relations/Communication and Provide Excellent HR Customer Services

  • To provide consultative support and excellent HR customer services to employees
  • To regular visit employees in Tiffany Stores for employee communication and to collect staff feedback
  • To be the role model for other staffs and facilitate change in organization
  • To provide one-stop account servicing to designated departments
  • To participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

 

  • University graduate preferably in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with background in C&B, preferably gained in retail industry or MNC
  • Attention to details, analytical and with problem solving ability
  • Able to handle heavy workload and manage stress, overtime work expected
  • Independent, team player with good communication skill
  • Sound knowledge in salary and benefit administration, Employment Ordinance and other HR-related statutory requirements in both HK and Macau Region
  • Experienced MS Office users
  • Knowledge of IPL is an advantage
