- Develop a joint-business plan and strategy with trade partners.
- Review sales performance with trade partners regularly and identify opportunities.
- Review and enhance merchandise stock levels and assortments.
- Monitor order fulfillment and shipments to ensure they are shipped in timely manner.
- Provide report analysis on Trade business.
Reinforce brand consistency
- Reinforce brand consistency in all aspects of retail excellence.
- Regularly field visit to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure that Tiffany visual and displace guidelines and luxury standards in presentation are met.
- Ensure customer service issues are handled and addressed in a timely manner
- Inspire culture of passion, excellence and respect to trade sales force.
- Identify training needs with store leaders and trade partners.
- Ensure the trade partners’ sales forces are well trained about Tiffany, products, and selling ceremony.
- Work with store leaders and trade partner to motivate and establish programs that helps retain best in class sales team.
- Gather insightful competition, trends, market intelligence for network planning.
- Identify new store and/or minor improvement works opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop store layout that are in align with business needs.
- Oversee the new store opening process from planning to execution.
