Overview

Act as a key resource to assist Hong Kong and Macau HR Manager to perform full spectrum and all-round Human Resources functions includes but not limited to recruitment, HR operations, HR system project, staff activities arrangement, training coordination and C&B administration.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Administer and facilitate recruitment and selection process by assisting in scheduling interviews and screening CVs for all assigned positions
    • Prepare all necessary documents and emails for recruitment, including new hire paperwork and all communications to according parties
    • Review and prepare 1 on 1 new joiner orientation program to improve overall new joiner experience  

 

  • HR Operations Support/Reporting
    • Assist in all translation assignment from English to Traditional Chinese
    • Assist to draft email communications
    • Assist in cheque requisitions for invoice payments
    • Prepare company letters upon request
    • Assist in org chart and photos update
    • Prepare reports and ppt upon request
    • Assist in launching a new HR system
    • Other HR admin support tasks and ad hoc assignment 

 

  • Staff Activities and Training Arrangement
    • Assist in sourcing right training vendors for retail and management team
    • Coordinate and propose gatherings/teambuildings for retail team
    • Assist in staff activities and teambuilding projects, sourcing vendors and coordinating events/activities

 

Qualifications

  • HR/Business Administration Degree or Diploma is highly preferred
  • At least 2 years working experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in retail industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Traditional Chinese
  • Independent, strong problem-solver and strong multitask ability
  • Able to work in a stretch, fast pace, high demand environment with expected OT
  • Positive team-player, proactive driver with can do attitude
  • Good attention to details and numbers
  • Strong in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
