Collaborate with Senior Director-Merchandising, Greater China to maximize regional efforts for the markets. Analyze trends and develop targeted assortments. Receive and analyze assortment requests from local markets. Develop strong relationships with New York groups including Global Assortment Planning, Category Marketing, Replenishment Planning and the local market teams to help facilitate cross-functional tasks. Lead communication of new launches to markets and solicit feedback when necessary. Support Senior Director with category reviews, store visits and re-merchandising projects. Review and approve requests from Public Relations and Marketing. Become an expert in Operational Merchandise support in Greater China markets and identify best practices. Coordinate the movement of merchandise in local markets as needed.
