Overview

Act as a key resource to assist Regional HR team to perform full spectrum and all round Human Resources functions includes but not limited to recruitment, HR system deployment, project support and compensation and benefits administration. 

Responsibilities

HR Projects & Employee Engagement Support 

  • Support deployment of new HR Systems, not limited to data migration, testing and implementation
  • Translations review for local project communications 
  • Organize regular employee activities, not limited to birthday lunch, company events, regional meetings, team building and wellness activities

HR Operations Support/ Reporting

  • Maintain all information in personal files, filing and HR systems
  • Cheque requisitions for invoice payments and charge-back processing
  • Prepare company letters and monthly reports
  • Leave record management
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Other HR admin support tasks

Recruitment/ Separation Administration 

  • Administer and facilitate recruitment and selection process by assisting in scheduling interviews, and preparation of new hire onboarding arrangements
  • Ensures the administrative functions of the recruitment process are smooth and efficient
  • Assist with separation procedures and proper arrangement of handover of Company belongings 

Other Benefits Administrations

  • Administer insurance enrollment and termination
  • Assist with data submission for compensation & benefits market surveys
  • Data preparation for commission review projects

 

Qualifications

Required

  • HR/ Business Administration Degree or Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of HR working experience, preferablly in Retail/FMCG industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook is required
  • Experience in using Global HR System, preferably Peoplesoft and IPL
  • Excellent work ethics, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Proactive with can do attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Good attention to details
  • A team-player, able to work independently and multitask
  • Immediate Availability
