Position Overview

To support the business’ branding objectives through Marketing functions namely in Public Relations, Advertising and Promotions. 

Responsibilities

To communicate a global luxury brand identity and support sales objectives through strategic PR activities

 

  • Develop the PR strategy for the Singapore market in collaboration with regional PR in order to maximize brand visbility, communicate the right messages and drive brand desirability.
  • Craft and plan the editorial calendar to ensure a strong share of voice throughout the year.
  • Plan and execute PR events in collabortaion with the Marketing Team.
  • Be able to build, maintain and leverage relationships with the fashion, jewellery, watch and beauty media.
  • Plan and execute local media activities, including proactively pitching stories and fielding requests; distributing materials or product support and scheduling interviews.
  • Secure PR coverage and work out strong PR plans to support key campaigns and launches.
  • Plan and execute social media posts for key campaigns
  • Coordinate all aspects of press photoshoots and celebrity dressings.
  • Responsibility for monthly reporting including press clippings, PR valuation and analysis etc.
  • Support regional PR coordination including reporting, ensuring timely downloading of assets, international photoshoot requests, coordination of samples delivery and tracking etc.
  • Any other PR-related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of PR, communications and/or media relations experience preferably in the luxury retail; FMCG industries; PR agency
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind.
  • Strong project focus including attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • High level of self-management and ability to function amidst tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment.
