    Responsibilities

     

     This position will support the Training Manager by preparing materials, coordinating training schedules, and maintaining data.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and ensure accuracy of all logistical arrangements for programs by communicating closely with all various parties.
    • Provide administrative support to Training Department for all learning activities.
    • Assist to the Training Manager to prepare course documentation.
    • Prepare and complete internal reports, newsletter and participates in various initiatives 

    Qualifications

     

    • Higher diploma or above.
    • Over 1 year relevant working experience is preferred.
    • Must be highly organized, creative, and timely.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
    •  Able to work regular business hours with scheduling flexibility.
    • Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must
