    Responsibilities

    Retail Business Support and Reporting

    • Prepare presentation for Retail Director on strategic plan, business review, retail meetings.
    • Compile and prepare sales analysis and other performance related reports according to daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedule, including
      • Retail Dashboard
      • KPI performance
      • Productivity report
      • CRM Report, e.g. data capture and CD100 performance
      • Service Excellence Report
    • Prepare various reports for Retail Director to analyze the business trends and opportunities
    • Check and consolidate monthly individual and store sales target
    • Provide comprehensive commission and incentive data for staff payroll.

    Retail Operations Coordination

    • Support retail stores on
      • Store expenses claim (T&E and petty cash)
      • Sales tools and material administration
      • Sales receipt replacement or specific customer letter preparation
    • Coordinate and work with HR team for arranging attendance system for all stores.
    • Participate in special event assignments, e.g. event merchandise booklet preparation, on-site support on selling event or customer event, coordination on event manpower arrangement and scheduling and etc.
    • Support overseas event coordination, e.g flight and accommodation arrangement, invitation dispatch, trip itinerary for staff and clients
    • Arrange and prepare Borrow Merchandise, consignments, and any other operational reports as required.

    Project Based Assignment

    • Coordinate Special Retail Projects, e.g. SMART Scheduling, SPOT, Retail
    • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Retail Director

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration or related discipline
    • At least 3 years’ experience
    • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching and interpersonal skills
    • Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment
    • Excellent command on Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Proficient English skill in both written & spoken
    • Ability to take ownership and multi-task, good team player
    • Experience in luxury industry is a definite advantage
