Seasonal Customer Service Ambassador holds the critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in each and every customer interaction. The Customer Service Ambassador is an excellent communicator and positive brand ambassador, helping to convey memorable experiences for our customers.  You will be part of the customer service team, being responsive, accessible, available and willing to help your customers whenever required and hence elevating the customer experience in the store.

     

    Your passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every customer interaction to uphold excellence in service. Every Blue Box holds an important story, and you will have the opportunity to deliver the Tiffany Experience to each and every customer.

    Responsibilities

    Our Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring customer enquiries are being responded to in an appropriate and timely manner
    • Maintaining information on: stock, repairs, customization requests
    • Communicating with management any potential service issues with waiting clients
    • Assisting team to ensure customer service operations run effectively.

    You will be available to work the period from 19 December 2018 to 8 January 2019 inclusive.

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
    • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Must have authorization to work Singapore where the role is based
    • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc) would have a distinct advantage.
