Seasonal Ambassadors hold the critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in each and every customer interaction. The Seasonal Ambassador is an excellent communicator and positive brand ambassador, helping to convey memorable experiences for our customers. His or her passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every customer interaction to uphold excellence in service. Every Blue Box holds an important story, and you will have the opportunity to deliver the Tiffany Experience to each and every customer.


Our Ambassadors will be responsible for:


Brand Representation

  • Represents the company in a positive way by greeting customers in a warm and timely manner
  • First line of interaction with customers and ensures customers are attended to after initial greeting

Customer Engagement

  • Assists Sales Professionals in ensuring customers are comfortable, served with drinks and at any point of time attended to by any of the Sales Professionals on the floor
  • Addresses customers’ queries by directing them to any of the Sales Professionals promptly

Upkeep of Sales Floor

  • Assists in keeping the selling environment neat and clean, particularly in ensuring any consumed beverages are discarded or cleared away in a timely manner
  • Assist in Jewelry cleaning

You must be available to work for the period from 12 November 2020 to 28 February 2021.



Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Must have authorization to work Singapore where the role is based
  • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc) would have a distinct advantage.
